Nike React Metcon Turbo – Overview
Nike React Metcon Turbo uses lighter, more robust materials that are built for speed and strength. It highlights an asymmetric structure to support its performance and durability. The revamped upper is breathable and maneuverable, and the instep is thin and lightweight but still sturdy to control abrasion. The mesh on the outer part keeps it breathable during high-heat sets.
Wherever you move, the outsole gives you a great feeling with the separation between the forefoot and heel. The rope wrap and handstand heel clip are improved and trimmed down to decrease some ounces. They still give you the same function and durability minus the weight. Because of the reduced weight, the Nike React Metcon Turbo feels very athletic, as if you are wearing a track shoe.
Though this shoe is focused on stability, it can still be used in short runs and would still be okay. The grippy rubber sole is flexible to let your foot bend comfortably. It also has a minimal heel-to-toe drop and keeps you reasonably low to the ground, making you stable in different kinds of exercises.
